CEDR Congress 2003 Almeria

The 22nd Congress of CEDR was held in AlmerÍa, Spain from 21st-25th October 2003. The Congress focussed on three major challenges then faced by rural law as follows:

Commission I
Agriculture, environment and food production: The role and liability of the farmer/grower

Commission II
The effect of European and national competition law on the agricultural sector

Round Table
Effects of the WTO on the CAP and on national rural law, particularly in the context of organic agriculture
