Law awards in 2005
One CEDR Prize of Honour and one prize
of the CEDR
Conditions
I. To be eligible competitors must be authors of a work which as either yet to be published or which was published after the 1st of July 2002 and which must be at least 100 pages long and written in or translated into one of the languages of the European Union. The subject must be either agricultural law or agro-alimentary law.
II. The request for the work to be considered must be submitted either by the author or by an association or an institute belonging to the CEDR representing one or several authors. Each entry must be accompanied by 3 copies of the work and a CV of the author. Applications must be made to Professor P. RICHLI, Delegate General of CEDR, University of Lucerne, Hirschengraben 31, CH-6000 Lucerne 7 (phone 0041.41.228.61.19; E-mail: paul.richli@unilu.ch) before the 15 October 2004.
III. The prizes will be awarded by the Committee of the CEDR at the XXIII European Congress of the CEDR which will take place at Roros (Norway) from 6th to 10th March 2005. The Prizewinners will be chosen by a jury composed of the President, Delegate General and Secretary General of the CEDR assisted by two to three members of the Committee of the CEDR.
IV. The value of the CEDR Prizes will be determined by the Board of Direction of the CEDR.The winner will also receive a diploma.
