XXIII European Agricultural Law Congress and Colloquium of the CEDR, Roros (Norway), 6th to 10th of March 2005
Dear President,
Dear Colleague,
I have the honor of contacting you about
the XXIII European Agricultural Law Congress
and Colloquium of the CEDR which will
be organized by the Norwegian Society
for Agrarian Law and which will be held
in Roros from 6 to 10 March 2005.
Herewith you will take note of the general
theme and the topics for each Commission
and for the Round Table which are to
be dealt with by national reporters according
to the questionnaires (annexes). These
reports should be established until October
31st 2004 at the latest so that the general
reports may be established until December
31st 2004.
In view of this rather tight schedule
I would like to ask you to designate
as quickly as possible a national reporter
for each of the two Commissions and for
the Round Table and to let me have the
name, e-mail-address, postal address
and telephone and fax numbers of them.
The national reporters prepare and send
their report (10–15 pages A 4 – Word
document if possible) to us (for all
indications see the questionnaires).
It is highly recommended to distribute
the questionnaires amongst the national
and regional associations in order to
collect information for the national
reporters. If need be, national associations
should organize preparatory meetings.
The reports should contain whole sentences
and not only answers with yes or no.
The members of the CEDR coming from countries
without national associations are kindly
asked to coordinate the designation of
the reporters with their colleagues.
I thank you in advance for providing
me with e-mail-addresses, postal addresses,
phone numbers and the fax numbers of
your national reporters for each theme
as early as possible.
In addition, please find enclosed information
concerning CEDR prizes which will be
awarded at the Congress and Colloquium
in Roros. I would like to ask you to
make known these prizes to interested
persons.
