7. Luzerner Agrarrechtstage
Landwirtschaft und Wasser:
Gewässerreinhaltung, Hochwasserschutz und Bewässerung in rechtlicher Perspektive
The 7th Lucerne Agricultural Law Day is dedicated to the topic of “Agriculture and Water” from a primarily legal perspective. Initially, the focus is on keeping the waters clean, in particular the use of pesticides and the upcoming votes on the drinking water and pesticide initiative are currently under intense discussion.
In addition, the flood protection and thus the mandatory designation of water areas including their effects on agriculture should be examined. A third subject area is artificial irrigation, which is becoming more and more important in times of advancing climate change. Finally, with a look across the borders to Germany and the European Union, the perspective should be broadened.
