Agricultural Real Estate Trade Theory and Practice

The conference is concerned with the Act of 11 April 2003 on the shaping of the agricultural system; the Act of 19 October 1991 on the management of agricultural property of the State Treasury; and the Act of 21 August 1997 on real estate management.

Organised by the Department of Agricultural Law, Food and Environmental Protection (Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland) and the Chamber of Notaries (Poland), this conference will, following restrictions of Covid-19, be held online and available on YouTube.
